These are my proposals

- big 1st level cache (> 64 kb)
- stack cached
- new improved pipeline with at least four level
- dual port cache, double alu for superscalar operations
- burst mode for loading and flushing the cache quickly
- new manufactoring technology (bi-cmos, 0.68 micron)

With these features I think the 816 can work beyond 100 mhz
